DELIVERY
Delivery is free for the entire territory of Quebec except for certain regions such as Nunavik, Iles-de-la-madelaine, etc. Excess fees may be invoiced. We also deliver to the rest of Canada, excess fees may apply.

RETURN
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, or if there was an error with your order (and it meets the return requirements below), it can be returned at any time within 15 days of the delivery date. RETURN CONDITIONS
We will not accept any item that has been OPEN Make sure that the product is in its ORIGINAL state and returned in its ORIGINAL packaging. Make sure that the product is returned with all accessories and material packaging with which it was sent. Please note that refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the product is returned, received and inspected. After receiving your return, please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund transaction to be completed and an additional 7 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement (times may vary by institution financial).

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products used or opened. Return of product at a reduced price during a promotion or a liquidation.

DISCOUT
If you were entitled to a discount during your purchase, this discount is not applicable with the returned goods; the total discount will be deducted from the value of any returned item.

RETURNED GOODS FEES
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping costs paid by Noxor inc. will be subtracted from the refund. All shipments whose re-routing must be returned to the sender for unforeseen reasons will be invoiced (maximum shipping rate $ 50.00 + tx) If you were not present during the delivery, your package will be sent to a local deposit for pickup (the number of days may vary depending on the transport company). If your package exceeds the number of days authorized for delivery, your package will be automatically returned to the original shipping location. The return costs as well as those of the initial shipment will be invoiced to the customer. (Maximum shipping rate $ 50.00 + tx)

DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPMENT
Inspect the package (s) upon arrival. Any damage due to transport must be noted and reported to Noxor in order to file a claim with the courier. If your order arrives with damage, you can refuse shipping. If this happens, please take pictures of the damaged product and immediately contact our customer service specialists and we will ship the same item to you as soon as possible. We will schedule a pickup and replacement as soon as we have confirmation that the item has been picked up from you.

To ensure that you receive your replacement product as quickly as possible, we ask that customers provide
- One or more images of the damaged packaging or items
- The order number lost in transit

If for any reason you do not receive your purchase and an order tracking number has been provided, please notify us immediately. We will work with the transport service to locate the package and send it to you as soon as possible. In most cases, the carrier will be able to locate your package and have it delivered within 1 or 2 working days. However, if the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will make arrangements to ship your order.
