Single-component, water-based liquid membrane coating made from 100% siliconized acrylic for waterproofing all types of roofs. Suitable for flat roofs, metal roofing, asphalt shingles, as well as walls, wood, concrete, and all steel structures.

Provides X3 anti-corrosion protection (rust-inhibiting), meeting the highest standard in North America. UV ray protection – Unique in North America for elastomeric coatings. Extreme adhesion and elasticity, up to 240%. Waterproofs, seals, and protects roofing surfaces against water infiltration by forming a thick, seamless membrane. Industry-leading warranty: 15 years.

White coating can reduce heat absorption by up to 83% through solar reflectance, making it an energy-efficient solution.

Application: Brush, roller, or airless sprayer. When applied with a roller, coverage is approximately 400 square feet, two coats. When applied with an airless sprayer, coverage is approximately 350 square feet, two coats.

Application temperature: Between 10°C and 30°C (50°F–86°F) for 24 hours. No rain within 12 hours after application.
