NoxSeal is an industrial-grade rubberized liquid membrane designed to extend the life of your roof. Once dry, it forms a seamless, 100% waterproof and ultra-durable barrier.

NoxSeal 2.5 Gallons – Membrane liquide pour toiture

15-year lifespan. Covers up to 200 sq ft, two coats with a roller. Covers up to 175 sq ft with an airless paint sprayer (Use a no. 521 or 523 tip).

Single-component, water-based liquid membrane coating made from 100% siliconized acrylic for waterproofing all types of roofs. Suitable for flat roofs, metal roofing, asphalt shingles, as well as walls, wood, concrete, and all steel structures.

Provides X3 anti-corrosion protection (rust-inhibiting), meeting the highest standard in North America. UV ray protection – Unique in North America for elastomeric coatings. Extreme adhesion and elasticity, up to 240%. Waterproofs, seals, and protects roofing surfaces against water infiltration by forming a thick, seamless membrane. Industry-leading warranty: 15 years.

White coating can reduce heat absorption by up to 83% through solar reflectance, making it an energy-efficient solution.

Application: Brush, roller, airless sprayer. Applied with a roller, provides a coverage of + or – 200 square feet, two coats. Applied with an airless sprayer, provides a coverage of + or – 175 square feet, two coats.

Application temperature: Between 10°C and 30°C (50°F–86°F) for 24 hours. No rain within 12 hours after application.
